• Contest Duration:
  The Carniwel Diwali Campaign Contest, hereafter referred to as the "Contest," conclude at 12:00 AM on 3rd November 2024. The Contest is organized by Carniwel Pet Food.

• Eligibility:
  The Contest is open to residents of India only. Employees of Carniwel Pet Food, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

• Participation Details:
  To participate in the Contest, participants must purchase a 3 kg Carniwel Veg Pack or larger (above 3 kg) from www.carniwel.com during the campaign period. Every valid purchase of 3 kg or more will automatically enter the customer into the lucky draw for the chance to win a 1-gram gold coin.

• Contest Prize:
  The winner of the Contest will receive a 1-gram gold coin. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

• Winner Selection:
  The winner will be selected through a lucky draw from all eligible purchases made during the Contest period. The draw will be conducted at the discretion of Carniwel Pet Food, and the winner will be notified within 10 days after the campaign ends.

• Winner Announcement and Prize Claim:
  The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase. In case the winner does not respond or provide the necessary information for prize delivery within 7 days of the first contact, the prize may be forfeited, and Carniwel reserves the right to select another winner.

• Delivery of Prize:
  The gold coin will be dispatched to the winner within 30 working days from the date the winner confirms their details. Carniwel is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or any third-party services involved in the prize delivery process.

• General Conditions:

1. Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Carniwel reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be using unfair means or violating the contest rules.
3. Carniwel Pet Food holds the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw the Contest at any time without prior notice or liability.
4. Participation in the Contest is voluntary, and by entering, participants agree to receive communications from Carniwel Pet Food and its agencies regarding the Contest.

• Liability Disclaimer:
  Carniwel Pet Food is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising out of participation in the Contest or from the acceptance or use of the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law. The prize is awarded on an “as-is” basis.

• Privacy and Use of Entries:
  By participating in the Contest, participants grant Carniwel Pet Food the right to use their personal data, entries, and images for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any form of media without further consideration or compensation.

• Modification and Termination:
  Carniwel reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, or withdraw the Contest or its Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction:All disputes arising from or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India, and governed by the laws of India.
